By accessing and using PUREUGONG's services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

PUREUGONG provides automated deployment services for containerized applications on Google Cloud Platform ("GCP"), including:

  • One-click deployment of Docker containers
  • Resource management and monitoring
  • Automated scaling and configuration
  • Integration with Google Cloud Platform

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate registration information
  • You may sign up using Google OAuth or other provided authentication methods
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security

3.2 Account Security

  • Keep authentication credentials confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any security breaches
  • One account per user unless explicitly authorized

4. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws
  • Maintain appropriate security measures
  • Not exceed authorized resource limits
  • Not attempt to circumvent any service limitations
  • Not use the Service for any illegal purposes
  • Not abuse payment, refund, or billing systems
  • Not engage in fraudulent transactions or chargebacks

5. Account Suspension and Termination

5.1 Grounds for Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if you:

  • Abuse payment, refund, or billing systems
  • Engage in fraudulent activity or excessive chargebacks
  • Violate these Terms of Service
  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Engage in activities that harm our service or other users

5.2 Effects of Suspension

When your account is suspended:

  • You will lose access to all services and features
  • All active deployments and resources will be stopped
  • Your account data will be restricted
  • Any pending payments or refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis

5.3 Appeals

If you believe your account was suspended in error, you may contact us at admin@magicmealkits.com with:

  • Your account details
  • A detailed explanation of why you believe the suspension is incorrect
  • Any supporting evidence

We will review appeals within 5 business days. Our decision on appeals is final.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Billing

  • Fees are based on resource usage and service tier
  • Payments are processed through authorized payment processors
  • All fees are non-refundable unless required by law

6.2 Changes to Fees

  • We may modify fees with 30 days notice
  • Continued use after fee changes constitutes acceptance
